We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, CNIC (for verification), profile data, and project communications. We also collect usage data including device information, IP address, and app interaction patterns.

Your information is used to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process transactions and milestone payments; (c) verify user identities; (d) send notifications about your projects; (e) resolve disputes; (f) prevent fraud and ensure platform safety.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only: (a) with your counterparty in agreements (name, project details); (b) with service providers who assist platform operations; (c) when required by law or to protect our rights.

We use Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Identity documents are stored securely in Firebase Storage with restricted access. We implement role-based access controls for all sensitive data.

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data; (d) export your data; (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain transaction records for 7 years for legal compliance. Identity verification documents are deleted within 90 days of account closure.

The mobile app does not use cookies. We use Firebase Analytics for anonymized usage statistics to improve the Service.
